Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged items

If your item has been delivered with defects or you have received the wrong item (wrong design, style/colour/sizes), we will replace this item. On receipt of a photo of the item received, we will reprint and send out a replacement at no charge. You don’t need to send back the incorrect goods, you can keep it. Winning! Change of Mind

We don’t offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but is not limited to if you prefer a different size or you’ve ordered the wrong colour or design.
