Postage Information

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not posted or delivered on weekends or holidays when Australia post is closed. We only post within Australia and offer standard & express postage for all states.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Postage rates & delivery estimates

Post charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We use Australia Post to send our parcels. 

The Chair offers FREE SHIPPING across all orders on the website. This is standard shipping within Australia and can take 3-10 business days for metro areas and 5-14 days for other areas, depending on your location within Australia.

We do not offer Express Shipping.

However, due to Covid-19, further delays could take place. We appreciate your understanding during this time. Please go to auspost.com.au to read about the impacts of Covid-19 on domestic postage.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow for delays during high-peak times such as Christmas or other holidays.

Postage confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Postage Confirmation email once your order has been sent containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Chair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after postage/shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Chair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier (Australia Post) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
